Ultra high speed motor design, manufacturing and testing technology to machine tools, spindle motors, micro turbine power generation, high-speed energy storage and other fields. Low speed large torque permanent magnet synchronous motor low speed and large torque generally refers to the speed of less than 500r/min, rated output torque > 500N = m of the transmission system. This kind of transmission system is common in many industrial transmission areas (such as ball mill drive system is a typical low-speed large torque transmission system), in addition to include oil field machinery, mining machinery and plastic machinery, etc.. At present, this kind of equipment still adopts the traditional drive mode of motor and reducer. Because of the reducer, gear and other mechanical reasons, the overall transmission efficiency of the system is reduced. The permanent magnet motor can realize the low speed and large torque direct drive operation, which makes the permanent magnet motor have a wide application prospect in the low speed and large torque drive system. Low speed and high torque permanent magnet motor is used in ball mill to eliminate gear reducer, direct drive pinion and big gear of transmission part. It can realize reliable operation of ball mill and save more than 10% of the system. The target of the product development is as follows: (1) complete the development of the special motor for ball mill, the motor power range is 2.2 ~ 400kW, the speed range is 10 ~ 60r/min. (2) develop low speed and large torque permanent magnet synchronous motor for hoist, belt conveyor, screw pump and pumping unit. (3) formulate low speed and large torque permanent magnet synchronous motor product standards for ball mill and other equipment.
